As of 2020, REshares Capital Investments, Inc was founded and Paul has launched a $15M PPM Real Estate Fund that will focus on Multi-family & Single-Family Development within the luxury class and A&B classes primarily in Colorado.
Frank Del Villar, Director: Frank J Del Villar has a Business Administration Degree. Frank started his entrepreneurial experience at age 24 by owning a restaurant and bar. After success in the business and dedicating most of his time to the business, Frank sold the restaurant and Bar. Frank then moved into the Commercial and Residential finance field which he is still dedicated to presently. After decades in finance, Frank decided to also get his real estate license and is still active in both real estate Finance and real estate acquisitions & sales. Frank brings many years of close business relationships and resources to the table that will help ensure future success. Frank’s position with the team will be to procure investor capital, negotiate financing terms, property walk-throughs, and due dilegence. Frank is also a close trusted personal friend with Paul, our founder, for close to 30 years.
Lisa Sforza, Director: Lisa Sforza’s expertise comes from decades of office management. Her duties have included assistant director of operations, purchasing director, payroll, marketing, invoicing, and vendor coordinator. Lisa will be first point of contact with the 3rd party property management companies, negotiating vendor contracts, and analyzing the numerous Multifamily properties we are sent daily from our large network of commercial brokers and wholesalers for initial Fund criteria guidelines, and then passed to the management team for full due diligence. Lisa presently, and will continue to be an assistant director with a non-profit animal rescue in Colorado… “Paws N Hooves”.
Jeffrey Abraham, Marketing & Capital Procurement Manager: Jeffrey has Served ten years in the Residential and Commercial mortgage business. Jeffrey is well versed in educating homeowners to other non-traditional options such as Forbearance Agreement, Short Sales, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, Loan Modifications/Loan Restructurings, and Loss Mitigation. He is exceptionally knowledgeable on the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Ginnie Mae guidelines, is a well-educated negotiator, and works on clients’ behalf. His strives to protect homeowners and does not fall short from going above and beyond the expectations of his clients. One of Mr. Abraham Brain Child’s is the Second Chance program or Joint Venture that give current Owners a chance to keep their Commercial property though a Joint Venture Program that may be 90/10 80/20 or 50/50 and some case we will buy the Asset.
